After years of constantly being disappointed about my weight and my appearance, I finally decided to do something about it. I began working out at home, but didn’t see the results as quickly as I wanted. I then found Legit Fitness. The idea of 1 on 1 training in a private gym was more than appealing to me as I was always uncomfortable working out in front of others at a public gym. Rob’s professionalism was above any standard that I expected as well as his drive not only to make sure I saw results quickly, but to cater to my needs and specific weight loss goals. Everything was planned specifically for me, from meal plans to workouts I could do at home when I had to skip a session. Your ability to personalize your approach, and to keep me focused and positive, are only some of the ways I feel your fitness services are different from the many I have used before. Not only was I humbled by his breadth of knowledge, I was equally impressed by his attention to detail. Dear Rob,

Happy New Year to you! In the spirit of the New Year, it occurred to me that I would like to thank you for all that you are doing.

I came to you at my youngest son’s recommendation (he has lost a ton of weight and looks amazing with his new “pipes” and since then another son has joined) but stayed with you because of results. My goal was weight loss (bet you have never heard that one before!) and to build muscle strength. I also wanted to feel and see results but be able to cope physically the next day – I had no interest in barely being able to lift my arms or to be hobbling around work the day after a workout. I asked for your opinion and advice on food and nutrition. You have, and continue to, deliver in all these areas and more.

You are professional, yet friendly. You are approachable, yet have high expectations of me. You are attentive, but not intrusive. You are proof that even women pushing 60 can achieve great strength. It is good for the body and very empowering for the mind.

Thank you for all that you are doing and I know that you will have a fantastic 2013 – both personally and professionally.
