3 Ingredient Pancakes

Serving Size: 2 Pancakes



  • 2 over ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 ripe banana (Optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • dash of cinnamon (Optional)
  • Walnuts (Optional)
  • Organic Maple Syrup (Optional)


  1. Whisk together all ingredients.
  2. Cook on a greased pan or griddle over low-medium heat.
  3. Serve with fresh banana slices, walnuts and maple syrup
