3 Ingredient Pancakes
Preparation Time: 2mins.
Serving Size: 2 Pancakes
- 2 over ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 ripe banana (Optional)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- dash of cinnamon (Optional)
- Walnuts (Optional)
- Organic Maple Syrup (Optional)
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Cook on a greased pan or griddle over low-medium heat.
- Serve with fresh banana slices, walnuts and maple syrup
